At Trading Degenz, we specialise in high-value trading card products including sealed booster boxes, cases, singles and graded collectibles. Due to the collectible and investment nature of these items, strict shipping standards apply.
By placing an order with Trading Degenz, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Pre-order items ship in accordance with the product release date stated in the listing.
• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order prior to dispatch at our discretion.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We use reputable Australian carriers including (but not limited to):
• Australia Post
• Sendle
• Couriers Please
• DHL / FedEx (International)
Shipping methods available at checkout are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
All high-value orders may require:
• Signature on delivery
• Insurance
• ID verification upon delivery
3. Risk & Responsibility After Dispatch
Once an order has been:
• Dispatched
• Scanned by the shipping carrier
• Provided with tracking
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the shipping carrier.
Trading Degenz is not liable for:
• Delays caused by carriers
• Lost parcels once marked as delivered
• Theft after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect addresses entered by customers
• Redelivery fees or storage fees
If a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes once marked delivered.
4. Signature & Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you:
• Select Authority to Leave
• Request delivery without signature
• Redirect your parcel
You accept full responsibility for loss or theft after delivery.
We strongly recommend signature on delivery for all orders.
5. Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.
If:
• An incorrect address is entered
• A parcel is returned to sender
The customer is responsible for:
• Reshipping costs
• Any carrier return fees
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
6. Shipping Insurance
Insurance is included on eligible orders at our discretion.
In the rare case of a parcel confirmed lost by the carrier (not just delayed), we will:
• Open an investigation with the carrier
• Await formal written confirmation of loss
Claims cannot be processed until the carrier investigation is completed.
If approved by the carrier:
• Replacement may be issued (if stock available), or
• Store credit may be issued, or
• Refund may be provided
We reserve the right to choose the resolution method.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

Take clear photos of:
• Outer packaging
• Shipping label
• Damaged item

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Failure to report within 24 hours may void eligibility for damage claims.
Carrier damage investigations may take 7–14 business days.
8. Sealed Product Condition
Sealed trading card products (including Pokémon and One Piece) may have:
• Minor shrink wrap tears
• Small dents
• Corner compression
• Manufacturing imperfections
These do NOT qualify as damage unless the product is structurally compromised.
We do not guarantee:
• Mint outer box condition
• PSA 10 pull rates
• Case hit odds
All sealed product is sold as-is.
9. Pre-Orders
Pre-order release dates are subject to:
• Supplier allocation changes
• Manufacturer delays
• Import delays
If allocations are reduced, we reserve the right to:
• Refund affected orders
• Partially fulfil
• Offer alternative product
Pre-order cancellations may incur a restocking fee.
10. International Orders
International buyers are responsible for:
• Import duties
• Customs taxes
• VAT
• Brokerage fees
If a parcel is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees:
• Return shipping and fees will be deducted from any refund
• If not returned, no refund will be issued
11. Fraud Prevention & High-Risk Orders
We reserve the right to:
• Request ID verification
• Cancel suspicious orders
• Refuse shipment to high-risk addresses
• Require signature for all high-value orders
Chargeback abuse will be disputed with full evidence including:
• IP logs
• Payment verification
• Tracking confirmation
• Delivery confirmation
Fraudulent disputes will be escalated where necessary.
12. Force Majeure
Trading Degenz is not liable for delays caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Customs inspections
• Postal strikes
• Government restrictions
• Events beyond our control
13. Shipping Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Trading Degenz, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.
