Overview
At Trading Degenz, we specialise in 100% authentic Trading Card Game (TCG) products including Pokémon, One Piece, graded cards and collectible items.
Due to the collectible and randomised nature of TCG products, all purchases are subject to the terms below.
By completing a purchase from our store, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused
-
Item must be in original condition
-
All original packaging must be intact
-
Security seals and shrink wrap must remain unbroken
Returns requested outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Sealed Trading Card Products (Final Sale)
All sealed TCG products are final sale.
This includes but is not limited to:

Booster packs
-
Booster boxes
-
Sealed cases
-
Promotional packs
-
Collection boxes
-
Any product containing randomised contents
These items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
This policy protects customers from resealed or tampered products. Once sealed product leaves our control, we cannot verify its integrity.
Opened or Tampered Products
Returns will not be accepted if:

Shrink wrap or factory seals are broken

Packaging has been opened
-
Items show signs of resealing
-
Cards are missing, swapped or altered

Product damage occurred after delivery
Pull Rates & Card Condition
TCG products are randomised by the manufacturer.
We do not offer refunds for:

Not pulling specific cards
-
Pull rates not meeting expectations
-
Duplicate cards
-
Factory print lines, centering variance or minor whitening

Market price changes
Sealed products are sold as manufactured.
Card condition is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated (e.g. graded cards).
Graded Cards & Single Cards (Final Sale)
All graded cards and raw singles are final sale.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse

Disagreement with grading standards

Market value changes
-
Regrading outcomes
High-resolution images are provided for informed purchasing.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Please note:

Release dates are estimates
-
Manufacturer delays are outside our control

Allocation reductions may occur
-
Pre-order cancellations may incur fees if stock has already been secured
Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns:

A flat $15 AUD return shipping fee applies per return.

This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
We do not currently offer free return shipping.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Photos of outer packaging

Photos of inner packaging

Clear photos of damaged item

Your order number
Claims made outside 48 hours may not be accepted.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will resolve verified issues promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms delivery:

Responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for stolen packages.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing purchase.
Refund Method
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be issued as either:

Store credit, or

Original payment method
This is determined at our discretion.
Refunds do not include original shipping fees unless required by law.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor and dispute fraudulent claims.
The following may result in order cancellation or account banning:

Chargebacks without contacting us first

Attempted return of opened products
-
False damage claims

Misrepresentation of item condition
We submit evidence to payment providers where required.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds, replacements or repairs will be provided where a product is:

Faulty

Not as described
-
Not fit for purpose
This does not apply to change of mind or randomised outcomes.
